UPDATE 25 Jan 2015

It has been confirmed that comments on the planning application for the expansion of Campsfield will be accepted until the application is heard at the planning meeting.  The application is expected to go to the meeting on 19 February.

We would advise submitting at least a week before the meeting in order to ensure that there is time for your comments to be considered.

You can make comments on the planning application to expand Campsfield (application number 14/01778/F).

In order to lodge your submission/comment online you need to log in, where it says ‘log in’ on the relevant ‘making a comment/looking at an application’ page. Alternatively you can email a submission or comment to planning@cherwell-dc.gov.uk although submisions made this way way may not be listed on the Cherwell website.
Or you can send your written submission by post to Planning Department, Cherwell District Council, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury OX15 4AA

Please ignore the note ‘Comments may not be submitted at this time’.

The Campaign’s submissions are here and in response to the Home Office’s representatives here.

The Detention Forum has produced guidance on submitting objections here.

  1. Please remember to view 14/01178/F and not 14/01178/SO. SO is a Screening Option where comments are not permitted, but it appears at the top of the list when searched.
